Bethsaida Farms, Inc. is pleased to present the creation of our newest and most exciting program for the animals, 'Emma's Friends'. 'Emma's Friends' is dedicated to providing a safe, permanent placement for non-human primates that find their way to our home regardless of their history. We strive to provide the optimal environment and devoted care-giving in order to offer our non-human primate friends the most comfortable and stimulating lifestyle possible.
'Emma's Friends' offers refuge and
protection to non-human primates,
with an emphasis on Spider Monkeys.
Our work includes providing the
rehabilitative care, which enables
non-human primates to recover from
the trauma and neglect that they may
or may not have suffered. We
maintain large indoor/outdoor facilities
for all our animals to carry out a safe,
physically and psychologically
enrichmed life.
For some people, life simply is not long enough. Finding that special place for their companion animal to finish their lives after their currnet caregiver(s) are no longer around can be an emotional and difficult task. We are here to provide those animals with the best home available, by giving them what they had and more...
We believe that providing a permanent home for animals requires more than just locking them away in a nice cage. These animals deserve more, and should continue to receive the human interaction that they are used to and enjoy!
We are currently working on an official 'non-profit' status, enabling us to seek and accept greater funding to help this awesome new program grow.
